CofO is the maturity of every land document and thus Land with CofO is no longer a seed land which is what it will be when we sell for 15million naira. You invest 5 million naira today as a seed land with deed of conveyance and no CofO, in 90-180 day after the CofO and the Estate layout are done, your investment shoot up in value to 12 million naira.

Investing in Alesa Highland simply means you’re buying a plot of  land with a full legal deed of conveyance for the plot. The value of your investment shoot up by over 200% in 90-180 days once the CofO and layout are done then we can help you resell if you will like to liquidate your investment but if you will like to keep the land for future and financial security purposes, you get a CofO and full allocation papers. All the contributing parties will be acknowledged and be on the recorded, we can even help in split returns for the partners when the time comes. The investment of 5 million per plot has to be paid in full and once because this is a seed land and a seed can’t be broken else it will yield no harvest.
